We are excited to announce that Stuart Swezey's essential "Desolation Center" documentary film can now be purchased as a physical format DVD!

The Desolation Center events took place in the era when vinyl still ruled the soundwaves. For many film aficionados owning and watching the DVD is like having your favorite LP on vinyl. This Desolation Center theatrical version DVD features interviews and rare performance footage of Sonic Youth, Minutemen, Meat Puppets, Swans, Redd Kross, Einstürzende Neubauten, Survival Research Laboratories, Savage Republic, Psi-Com and more, woven together with never-before-seen archival video, live audio recordings, and amazing stills.

Check out Desolation Center in the final cut that screened in theaters across North America from the Roxie in SF to the IFC Center in New York. Director Stuart Swezey has personally signed all copies that we are selling, and as a special bonus for copies sold through IPR's Bandcamp store we'll include a hand letterpress-printed card featuring one of the Desolation Center stamps from the DC Commemorative Stamp Booklet (our choice which stamp) hand-cancelled with a Savage Republic logo and signed in pencil by Bruce LIcher!
